Salmon Fishes

SALMON FISHES (Salmonidae)

The breeders origin from populations of alpine lakes and rivers (Danube Basin). Available as eggs or fingerlings, suitable for stocking in lakes or rivers, as well as for the production of seafood -

Arctic Charr (Salvelinus alpinus umbla): A colorful fish, suitable especially for alpine lakes and reservoirs.
Lake Trout
(Salmo trutta lacustris): A fast and large-growing fish, which feeds naturally on other fishes.
European Grayling
(Thymallus thymallus): A very beautiful fish, suitable especially for rivers.
Danube Salmon
(Hucho hucho): A relatively rare fish, suitable only for larger rivers.

Sturgeon Fishes

STURGEON FISHES (Acipenseridae)

After years of studies and experiments among most known sturgeon species and hybrids, now from our own broodstock available from fertilized eggs to pregraded all-females (with CITES) -

Siberian Sturgeon (Acipenser baerii): An easy to keep sturgeon which is used mainly for meat and caviar aquaculture production.
Russian Sturgeon (Acipenser gueldenstaedtii): A beautiful sturgeon (light scutes on dark ground) which is well accepted as ornamental fish for garden ponds.
Ship Sturgeon (Acipenser nudiventris): A rare and interesting sturgeon which builds also freshwater resident populations (in the Ural and Danube rivers).
Beluga Sturgeon (Huso huso): The "caviar fish" with the best growth rate, within 2 years a weight of up to 10 kg can be obtained with a water temperature of 20°C.
